New Layout!

As you guys can probably tell, I redid the layout for the forum--I prefer to use my own graphics, and the last layout had a lot of bugs.
Let me know what you think or of any suggestions you may have.

Maybe a bigger top-banner for higher screen resolutions?

That's a good point, however if I were to do that it would make the banner look ridiculous on the smaller resolutions...
I'm trying to figure out if I can change the parameters of the forum itself to fit the banner, but it won't let me edit the html manually...
I'll keep working on it.
